The Federal Secretary, Ministry of Water Resources, Mr. Hassan Nasir Jamy visited PCRWR on 13th January 2023 along with Mr. Imran Jameel Shami, JS (Admin) and Mr. Ahmad Kamal Chairman Federal Flood Commission (FFC).The Chairman PCRWR welcomed the guests and gave a detailed briefing on PCRWR’s activities and functions. The Chairman also briefed the Secretary about the different initiatives of PCRWR in the flood affected areas and different ongoing projects to tackle water scarcity in the wake of climate change.
The Secretary MoWR also visited different facilities of PCRWR office like Rooftop Rainwater Harvesting model, Ground Water Recharge and Wastewater Treatment plant. The Federal Secretary MoWR showed keen interest in the initiatives taken up by the organization and appreciated the activities of PCRWR in line with National Water Policy 2018.
