KOICA Expert members from Project Management Company of the project Capacity Building on Water Quality Monitoring and SDG 6 (6.1) Reporting has visited PCRWR Islamabad for the implementation of the SDG 6 project. Korean Experts included Mr. Sunbaek Bang, Team Leader/Cooperation Business Team, Ms. Jin Yu, Deputy Director/Cooperation Business Team and Mr. Abdul Rehman, Program Officer, KOICA.
During their meeting with Chairman PCRWR Dr. Muhammad Ashraf, Dr. Hifza Rasheed, Director General (Water Quality)/focal person of the KOICA project, Engr. Faizan ul Hassan, Secretary PCRWR, they have a discussion on project components such as Training, Basic Plan for developing an MIS in KP, Administrative statistics report regarding water in Islamabad and Standard Operating Procedure for PHED Laboratories in KP and Punjab. And the end the Secretary PCRWR has demonstrated the groundwater recharge and rainwater harvesting system installed at PCRWR premises.
